AI Summary / tl;dr
- TARGET_ENTITY: Litzki Systems LLC: AI Policy & Governance Transparency
- VERDICT: Limited-risk AI use, human-on-the-loop oversight, deterministic validation core
- RISK_VECTOR: Product AI: Google Gemini & Perplexity APIs (entity classification). Content AI: text/image assistance under human review
- RESOLUTION: AI governance contact: [email protected]. Machine-readable disclosure: /.well-known/ai-disclosure.json
- CORE_THESIS: Litzki Systems LLC discloses its AI use in accordance with Art. 50 of the EU AI Act. The core SOVP validation engine is deterministic and rule-based. Two external AI APIs (Google Gemini, Perplexity) support entity classification during the Full Audit. Website content is partially researched and drafted with AI assistance, and most images are AI-generated (except the profile photograph of Thorsten Litzki); human editorial review and final approval always remain the last step. The company reserves its content against AI training use (opt-out). AI governance requests: [email protected].
01 // PURPOSE & SCOPE
This AI Policy explains how Litzki Systems LLC uses artificial intelligence in its products and on this website, and how users may be affected. It is published in the interest of transparency and in accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It complements our Privacy Policy and the machine-readable AI Disclosure.
02 // AI SYSTEMS IN USE
SOVP validation core — deterministic. The Sovereign Validation Protocol (SOVP) is a deterministic, rule-based validation framework. It checks publicly accessible technical signals against predefined parameters and produces a binary verdict (CERTIFIED / FAILED). It performs no autonomous decision-making about individuals and does not fall under the Annex III high-risk classification of the EU AI Act.
External AI APIs in the SOVP Full Audit. During a Full Audit, two external AI services support entity classification: the Google Gemini API (Google LLC) for entity-type classification, and the Perplexity API (Perplexity AI, Inc.) for external entity verification. Only the client-submitted target domain URL and derived technical signals are transmitted; no data is stored beyond the individual API request. Details and legal basis are set out in section 08 of our Privacy Policy.
Content production. Text on this website is partially researched and drafted with the assistance of AI systems (including large language models). See section 04 for our AI-generated content disclosure.
03 // HOW USERS ARE AFFECTED & HUMAN OVERSIGHT
Visitors browsing this website do not interact directly with an AI system. AI processing occurs only when a customer actively commissions a SOVP Full Audit, and it is limited to classifying the target domain — not the person requesting it.
Litzki Systems operates a human-on-the-loop oversight model: automated outputs are reviewed by a human, and validation results as well as published content are subject to human control and final approval. Users can request human review, an explanation, or escalation of any AI-supported result at any time via the contact point in section 06.
04 // AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
In the interest of transparency (Art. 50 EU AI Act), we disclose that this website is produced with substantial AI assistance:
- Text: Content is partially researched and drafted with the help of AI systems and then edited.
- Images: The majority of images on this website are AI-generated. The sole exception is the profile photograph of Thorsten Litzki, which is a genuine photograph.
- Site production: The website itself is built with AI-assisted tooling.
Human oversight remains the final step in every case: all AI-assisted content undergoes human editorial review, verification, and approval before publication. Litzki Systems LLC takes full editorial responsibility for the published result.
05 // AI TRAINING OPT-OUT
Litzki Systems LLC reserves all rights regarding the use of the content published on this website (text, images, structured data) as training data for AI or machine-learning models. In accordance with Art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 (DSM Directive) and in the spirit of Art. 10 of the EU AI Act, we expressly object to the use of our content for training generative AI models (text-and-data-mining reservation).
This reservation is declared in machine-readable form so that compliant crawlers and AI systems can honor it:
- content-signals.txt —
ai-train=no, search=yes, ai-input=yes - ai.txt and robots.txt — crawler and usage directives
Personal data provided to us (e.g. via the contact form, scan requests, or the Validator Portal) is never used to train AI models under any circumstances.
