01 // NATURE OF SERVICES
All services provided by Litzki Systems LLC — including SOVP Full Audit, ZWAP validation, Diagnostic Sprint, and related consulting — are digital, bespoke, and executed upon confirmed payment. The deliverable is a forensic infrastructure analysis with a cryptographically signed report, delivered to the Sovereign Vault.
Due to the digital and immediately executable nature of these services, no physical return is possible. Standard consumer right-of-withdrawal provisions do not apply, as all services are exclusively B2B.
02 // SCAN AUTHORIZATION AT CHECKOUT
During the Stripe checkout process, the client is required to confirm via checkbox that they hold the right to authorize an infrastructure scan of the submitted domain. By confirming this checkbox, the client accepts full responsibility for scan authorization. Litzki Systems LLC does not encourage scanning of competitor domains; however, as scans operate on publicly accessible infrastructure signals, the Provider cannot technically prevent such use.
03 // GENERAL REFUND POLICY
All sales are final upon payment confirmation and scan initiation. No refunds are issued after the Prime Entity Analysis or the Sovereign Validation scan has been initiated in the Dashboard.
The QuickScan at validator.litzki-systems.com is provided free of charge. No refund applies.
04 // EXCEPTIONS
Technical failure: If the scan fails to execute due to an error on the Provider's infrastructure (not attributable to the client's domain configuration or server availability), a full refund or complimentary re-scan is offered at the client's discretion.
Duplicate payment: If a payment is processed twice for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
Pre-scan cancellation: If the client requests cancellation in writing before initiating the Prime Entity Analysis step in the Dashboard, a full refund is issued. Once either scan step has been initiated, no refund is available.
05 // REFUND PROCESS
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via litzki-systems.com/contact within 7 days of the original payment date. Please include your order reference, payment confirmation, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
06 // CERTIFICATE RENEWAL
SOVP Certificates are valid for 90 days. Renewal is available at EUR 349 before expiry. Renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal scan has been initiated.
