SEO reporting from Search Console and GA4 that fills itself every day
Search Console and GA4 in one portal, daily.
I used to pull the numbers from Search Console and GA4 by hand every Friday, two hours, sometimes three. Today my portal fetches both sources every night, computes comparisons and sends a report on Mondays. Rebuilt in September 2026 and covered by 1,649 tests. I build this reporting for your website.

Frequently asked questions
How much does SEO reporting cost?
Setup costs €980 once, operation from €190 per month per property, without minimum term. The monthly summary for management is included. All prices net. All prices →
Which metrics belong in an SEO report?
From Search Console: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position, each per query and page. From GA4: sessions and conversions of organic visitors. More important than the values themselves is the comparison with the previous week and year: it shows which pages are losing, where the click-through rate falls short of the position and which pages take rankings from each other.
Isn't Search Console or Looker Studio enough?
For a quick look, yes. But Search Console only keeps performance data for 16 months, older data is gone. At the start my portal takes over whatever Search Console and GA4 hold at that point and stores new data every night from then on. The longer we work together, the further your history reaches beyond the Search Console limit. On top of that come analyses neither tool calculates on its own, such as content decay and cannibalization.
How often do I get an SEO report?
The data arrives in the portal every night, the report every Monday by email. For management I can summarize monthly on request. I still recommend weekly, because a drop then shows up after days rather than weeks.
Where is my data stored?
On my server at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. Only the email with the weekly report is delivered through the sending service Resend in the USA. I sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. You need neither your own installation nor a SaaS subscription. If you want the portal to run on your own server, that is possible on explicit request as a separate assignment.
How we work together
A first call costs nothing. Afterwards you know whether and how we work together.
